Press Release: BLACK PEARL Participates in GOAL Sustainability Leaders Forum at Co-op Live and Anfield
BLACK PEARL proudly participated in the GOAL Sustainability Leaders Forum, held on July 23–24 at Co-op Live and Liverpool FC’s Anfield. The two-day forum convened industry leaders from the sports and entertainment sectors to address key sustainability challenges, including Scope 3 emissions, circularity, infrastructure, travel, and food systems at live events.
As part of the Forum’s discussions, CEO Samata shared insights on circularity and sustainable innovation alongside influential figures such as Maggie Baird, Rick Fox, and architect William McDonough. The event program included guided venue tours, a behind-the-scenes Billie Eilish show experience, and a VIP dinner that fostered meaningful dialogue and collaboration among attendees.

“It was an honor to contribute to such a forward-thinking discussion on sustainability,” said Samata. “This Forum represents a crucial step toward embedding sustainability into every level of the entertainment industry.”
The GOAL Sustainability Leaders Forum set a new benchmark for sustainable action in live events, showcasing how collaboration across industries can accelerate the transition to greener practices.
